4. Oil pan
5. Oil filter
6. Oil pan cover
7. Oil cooler gasket
8. Oil cooler

Repair procedures
Removal
[Kappa 1.0/1.5 T-GDI, MHEV (Only)]
1.
Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
2.
Remove the engine cover.
(Refer to Engine and Transaxle Assembly - "Engine Cover")
3.
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Intake and Exhaust System - "Air Cleaner")
4.
Disconnect the wiring connectors and harness clamps and remove the connector brackets around the vacuum pump.

5.
Disconnect the brake booster vacuum hose (A).

6.
Remove the vacuum pump (A).
Tightening torque :
18.6 - 23.5 N.m (1.9 - 2.4 kgf.m, 13.7 - 17.4 lb-ft)

7.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
[NEW-U 1.6, MHEV]
1.
Remove the oil pump & vacuum pump assembly.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Oil Pump & Vacuum Pump Assembly")
2.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
