Repair procedures

Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
|
|

|
When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective
tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
|
•
|
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces
without marring the surface.
|
•
|
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
|
|

Remove the front seat assembly.
(Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Assembly")
|
2. |
Loosen the screws and remove the front seat shield inner cover (A).
|
3. |
To install, reverse removal procedure.

Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
|

Removal
1.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2.
Remove the outside rear combination cover.
3.
Remove the outside rear combination lamp assembly after loosening the
bolts...
System setting
• The driver can activate the FCA by
placing the ignition switch to the
ON position and by selecting:
"User Settings → Driver
Assistance → FCA (Forward
Collision-Avoidance Assist)"
The FCA deactivates, when the driver
cancels the system setting...
